ARC Broward, Inc. (Achievement and Rehabilitation Center) - Respite Care
Respite services offers families the opportunity to attend to other responsibilities while arrangements are made for their child to attend day programs or stay overnight in a residential setting. Specialized In-Home Respite Services for children are available. The program provides behavioral respite services to children ages 3 through 18 years of age who are diagnosed with autism or related disorders. Supportive care and supervision is provided to the child when the primary care giver is unable to perform these duties due to a planned brief absence, an emergency absence or when the caregiver is available but unable to care for or supervise the individual for a brief period.
