American Kidney Fund
AKF offers a host of programs to our smallest patients including the Individual Pediatric Patient Grants Program, Kidney Calendar Contest and Washington D.C. Weekend, the AKF Summer Enrichment Program, and a Public Education series designed just for kids. Direct financial assistance programs are offered by the American Kidney Fund to needy dialysis and kidney transplant patients nationwide. For further information about these and other programs please contact the social worker at your dialysis center.
